DIRECTIONS: From the bottom of Clifden, take the Ballyconneely road (R341) for 1.1 kilometers towards Ballyconneely and the land will be found on the left hand side marked by our “FOR SALE” board with frontage to the main R341 and the road leading to the Connemara rugby club.
THE LAND: The land, on the outskirts of Clifden town, is mainly good dry sloping limestone land with a gated road access and frontage to two council maintained roads. The lands are contained within post and wire fencing or local stone walls.
SITE POTENTIAL: These lands may well be rezoned this spring and it’s up to any purchaser to make their own investigations in respect to same. The vendor and the auctioneers believe that an application for planning permission by an applicant who has local housing need will be successful on this site.
By setting a proxy bid, the system will automatically bid on your behalf to maintain your position as the highest bidder, up to your proxy bid amount. If you are outbid, you will be notified via email so you can opt to increase your bid if you so choose.
If two of more users place identical bids, the bid that was placed first takes precedence, and this includes proxy bids.
Another bidder placed an automatic proxy bid greater or equal to the bid you have just placed. You will need to bid again to stand a chance of winning.
